Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@shopmenofmahjong.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If we determine that an item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged before or during delivery, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement at no additional cost.

Our products are made to be played with. Minor variations in color, engraving, printing, finish, alignment, texture, or other small production characteristics may occur from piece to piece. Likewise, light surface marks and scuffs can naturally develop as tiles are shuffled and played.

These normal variations are part of the character of the product and are not considered defects.

Returns & Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all Men of Mahjong sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or differences in appearance that fall within the normal manufacturing variations described above.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, materials, and other product details carefully before placing your order.

If you have a question about a product before ordering, reach out at support@shopmenofmahjong.com. We’d much rather answer the question before the order than have you wondering afterward.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we begin preparing it for fulfillment. Because of this, order cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you contact us before your order has shipped, we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your request. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Preorders, limited releases, customized products, and other specially designated products may have additional cancellation restrictions disclosed on their respective product pages.

Any estimated production, preorder, or shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. A change in an estimated shipping date does not automatically make an order eligible for cancellation.

Shipping

Every Men of Mahjong order is packed with care and prepared for the trip to your table.

Processing and fulfillment times shown on our website are estimates and may vary during product launches, holidays, preorders, and periods of high order volume.

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your order confirmation carefully after placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it whenever possible.

If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at support@shopmenofmahjong.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the shipping box or packaging

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the situation and work with you and the carrier to determine the appropriate next step.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally considered successfully delivered. If you cannot locate a package marked delivered, please first check around the delivery location and contact the carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible, but Men of Mahjong cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided with the order.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to products, quantities, colors, shipping addresses, or other order details.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@shopmenofmahjong.com. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we’ll do our best to help.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify it.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges assessed by their country or local authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
